Yoga Mornings in Annaghdown Starting September


Time: 10am-12pm

Two hours of movement followed by a cup of tea and some nibbles!
Expect a dynamic flow that will warm us up, some restorative postures to slow down and a yoga nidra to restore leaving you refereshed for the rest of your weekend.
All ages and stages welcome, there will be lots of options for the postures so you get to move in a way that’s good for you. My hope is you get time out of all your roles and get to just be you. You don’t have to be flexible to join, you don’t have to be anything but willing to show up and practice!
