Welcome to Your Yoga with Gillian

Yoga is a practice that everybody can do regardless of strength or flexibility. My aim is to show you ways to move your body that are safe and feel good , which will increase your strength and flexibility.Yoga also helps quieten the mind and reduce the stress and anxiety of our daily lives. The hope is you walk out the door feeling energized, calm and content.

I teach vinyasa flow or hatha flow classes which are challenging yet there is room for each individual to go at their own pace. I also teach gentle yoga which is a slower class based more on restorative postures, relaxation and pranayama or breath control exercises.

I cater for students of all levels and also offer private, group and corporate classes which are available in the comfort of your own home or work place. Please contact me directly for more information.

I love teaching yoga as it gives me a chance to share what I have learned with an understanding of how it can improve people’s lives.
